Anger and Aggression Management Practitioner
Anger is a common emotion experienced by all. We have a general knowledge of what anger is and how it feels like to be angry. Anger could be a normal and healthy emotion, but it can also be destructive. Frequent, misplaced and explosive anger could lead to problems which have serious consequences for your relationships at home or at work, for your health, and for the overall quality of life.
In this course, you will be able to understand what anger is, what its consequences could be, and how to be able to control it. You will be able to learn the common feelings which causes anger, the various ways people may experience anger and how it can be managed.
This interactive course will be able to provide students with the opportunity to learn the skills to recognize if an individual is becoming angry and how to deal with the situation in a positive manner without suppressing or internalizing anger. At the end of this course, students will: (1) learn the different concepts and techniques to manage anger and aggression, (2) be able to identify what anger management techniques may be applied to the different real-life situations, and (3) be able to help other people control their anger through anger management strategies.
